i-Inspect Building & Pest is a fully insured service that specialises in conducting building and pest inspections of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Our expertise within the construction industry allows us to inspect and report on any major or minor building and/or timber pest defects that are found at the time of inspection.
Our team has over 15 years’ experience within the construction industry, working extensively in both government and private sectors. Our team has held various positions across all facets of the building and construction industry including but not limited to; carpentry, site supervisor/foreman, contracts administrator and project management and, as such, are well versed versed in building codes and standards.
Our lead inspector and founder, Steve is a licensed carpenter who holds a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, Diploma in both Project Management and Building & Construction and has attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. It is Steve’s experience, qualifications, acute attention to detail and thorough inspection style, which allows him to provide an easy to read, professional and accurate compliant inspection report in accordance with AS 4349.
